Unfortunately, some small print:
I have already ‘found’ some of my photos on other websites - I therefore only publish my photos in a reduced format and with a copyright notice. I therefore publish videos in a greatly downscaled format (and also for storage reasons).
For a given cause, I would like to point out that all my photos and videos are taken in compliance with the relevant legal requirements. The lower nature conservation authority and the sea eagle warden are aware of this. If you have any concerns, please just ask. Should further reports be made, I reserve the right to file criminal charges for false suspicion according to §164 StGB. Further claims, e.g. claims for compensation for pain and suffering, are unaffected.

Furthermore, I check the legality of each flight before taking off with my drone.
Should any further complaints be made, I reserve the right to file a criminal complaint for false accusation under Section 164 of the German Criminal Code (StGB). This is without prejudice to any further claims, such as claims for compensation for pain and suffering.
